Every candidate submits a résumé when they register. We review each one and sort candidates into Green, Yellow, and Red tiers based on verified experience and credentials for the roles employers are filling that night.
Employer setup begins at 5:00 PM, the fair runs 6:00–8:00 PM with company presentations starting at 6:10, and teardown runs until 9:00 PM. The evening timing is deliberate — it works for people who are currently employed.
